Highly recommended. I returned home to find that I'd no electricity in part of the house, and fixing the fuses didn't fix the problem. Worried that I had a serious electrical problem, I phoned at 9pm.
Instead of being charged an expensive out-of-hours call-out, I was talked through all the steps I needed to do on the phone - in less than 20 minutes my electricity was restored.
